Getting your landscape ready for warmer weather
The days are getting warmer and with Spring here, here are some top tips to get your garden ready for the warmer weather:
Spring is a great time to get plants in the ground so they're established for Summer.
Use a good quality compost and feed with a fertiliser
give the lawn and garden beds a weed. You'll find bindi's are prevalent at this time of year and need managing regularly. There are also a range of natural weed repellents available at your local garden shop
keep your plants and lawn hydrated by watering first thing in the morning (before 10am), a few times a week (check your local council for any water restrictions and guidelines)
add fertiliser and compost to your existing plants, to feed them for the warmer weather check your fences and retaining walls to see if repairs are required
